FriendshipJournal

A journal that travels from friend to friend, filled with kindness, creativity and love along the way.

Written by Laura Velásquez · Illustrated by María Belén Pinto Lavayén

What it is

A book that only works if you give it away.

The Friendship Journal is not a diary. It is a journal that travels. A child writes a page for someone they love, leaves the feather bookmark to mark it, and passes the book on.

The journal moves through the seven chakras, each in its own colour. This journey uplifts children with affirmations, helping them discover and unleash their inner greatness.

Pass the kindness, keep the love! The Gratitude Page is the perfect place to watch their daily gratitude grow.

Seven sections, seven colours

The seven sections

The journal moves through seven chakras, each one its own colour and its own hand-painted world. Choose one to see it.

How it travels

Three steps, printed in the front of the book.

  1. 01

    Dedicate a page

When the journal reaches you, take a moment to create a page for your friend. Use your creativity to say what you appreciate about them. Make it personal — borrow the journal overnight if you need the time.

  2. 02

    Share your love

Leave the feather bookmark on your page when you are finished. That is the signal that you have added your piece, and the journal is ready to travel on.

  3. 03

    Collect the gratitude

The Gratitude Page in the back is where notes from friends come home. Glue them in, and the journal becomes a record of everyone who loves you.
